Gratitude in Motion : A Simple Practice to Re-center Your Day

Why gratitude changes the room
Gratitude doesn’t erase difficulty; it reframes it. The mind looks for what you tell it matters. Tell it to look for grace.

The 3-minute practice

Minute 1 — Breathe & name three
Inhale through the nose, exhale longer than you inhale. Quietly name three gifts (a person, a moment, a breath).

Minute 2 — One bridge thought

Pick something heavy on your mind. Ask: What is one thing this challenge is teaching me? Write it in your notes.

Minute 3 — A small act

Text a thank-you. Hold the door. Share a kind word. Gratitude grows when it moves.

Bringing it into style

Choose one piece in your wardrobe as a “switch.” When you put it on, let it mark the intention to show up grateful.
